The Harris County Engineering Department invites all professional services firms interested in providing future services to HCED to become registered through the HCED Professional Services Registry.

The following information will be evaluated in registering professional services firms:

1) Verification of State firm registration with the

• Texas Board of Professional Engineers                            or    
• Texas Board of Architectural Examiners 
  as required by Texas statutes.

2) Proof of compliance with the HCED's Tax Policy adopted by
    Commissioners Court on June 15, 2004.

3) Submittal of Standard Form 330, Part I and Part II.

NOTE: In order to remain Active on the Registry an annual update is required to be submitted.

HCED will maintain an electronic system containing firm qualification information as submitted by way of registration. Information can be submitted by email to  HCPIDRegistry@hcpid.org or by mail to:

To be considered for future HCED professional services contracts, firm registration is recommended, however registration does not guarantee that future work will be awarded to the firm.
