Change of Address

Please complete the fields below to request a change of address.

Provide all permits and project numbers associated to the address in the fields below to avoid any delay in processing your request. This will also ensure that the fees due are calculated accordingly.


Online E-Permit Users: Provide your online DBA/Client name so that the fee can be added to the online portal for payment.
Non E-Permit Users: Submit the Change of Address form in the office, Monday - Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm or via mail.

Acceptable payment methods are all major credit cards, check or money order - payable to HARRIS COUNTY.
